    Shipping & returns

    Orders are processed only within the borders of the Italian territory.

    Transport costs will be calculated based on the value of the order, quantity of products and destination of the order, and will be visible in the total amount of the order before proceeding with the confirmation of the purchase and the related payment.

    Orders will be processed within 16 working hours, while delivery will take place within the ordinary period of 2-4 working days, barring unforeseen impediments during transport.

    For shipments, our company uses the following express couriers: UPS, BRT, FED-EX and TNT.

    The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase.
    Unless direct agreements are made between the courier and the Customer, the delivery of packages or pallets will take place on the street level, there is no delivery to the floor.

    Our company is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper, or caused by congestion in transport at certain times of the year.

    Our couriers deliver during working hours from Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed, so the Customer is advised to carefully check the address and telephone number indicated in the order, in order to facilitate the work of our couriers and receive what ordered as soon as possible.

    In case of absence of the customer, our couriers will leave a notice with written telephone number and location of the warehouse to contact to agree on a new delivery.
    Our couriers guarantee 2 3 steps before the goods go into storage, and in this case the customer must collect them personally at the address written on the notice.

    Upon receipt of the package, the customer is invited to check:

    that the package is intact and undamaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier indicating on the waybill signed for collection, the words "Withdrawn subject to inspection", otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.

    that the number of packages indicated on the waybill or invoice is actually the one delivered.
